As of Monday 3/18/24, Outpatient lab services will be available through LABCORP in Eureka and Fortuna.

LABCORP EUREKA:  2379 23rd Street

 (the little cottage on the west side of street)  

LABCORP FORTUNA:  3302 Renner Drive. 

We strongly suggest making a lab appointment it possible using the LabCorp app - go to www.labcorp.com

AND - hand carry your lab orders!
