Insurance

WE ARE IN-NETWORK FOR MOST INSURANCE PLANS

*We are currently out of network with United Health Care (non-Medicare plans) 


Ultimately, it is your responsibility to check the network status of any provider-however, we do try to contract with most payers including: 

  • Medicare 
  • Medi-Cal/Partnership Health Plan
  • Blue Shield
  • Anthem/Blue Cross
  • Cigna
  • Aetna


If you are out of network, you may be able to request an exception due to our rural location. This most be done WELL ahead or your appointment and CANNOT be done retroactively.



Billing

We are an independent practice and use a third-party billing service.


Your account history is available in MYCHART - you can make payments within MYCHART also.
