Nephrology care during COVID 19

Dialysis is an essential life-saving treatment and should be continued during this crisis. The dialysis centers are experts in infection control and went very early into strict protocols of masks and gloves for all.

No visitors are allowed in the dialysis units at this time to minimize risks to all.

We are using ZOOM to provide the majority of office appointments by Video chat. You do NOT need to come in to the office – but - we do need current labs.

We encourage you to continue routine lab monitoring throughout these restrictions.

The labs have strict policies during this time and are making appointments to control the number of people in the facility.

The RRA office is social distancing and using protective equipment. You can help by also wearing a mask or a bandanna/ gloves to prevent touching your face. Practice frequent hand washing with soap for at least 20 seconds several times a day.

IF YOU HAVE ANY REASON TO SUSPECT EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE.
